    Last year many parents in our group requested us to introduce festival season gift boxes (sweet n savouries). I took nearly 16 months. I have tastes many sweets n savouries from various farmers during my field trip. We have short listed few farmers who are still making the recipes as per the traditional way. All these farmers only use ancient method to make these recipes. They only use palm jaggery, stone based cold pressed oils, Nati cow ghee, millets and traditional rice.

    We are trying to make use the fund generated from this mini project to buy vacuumed packing machine for the greenhands project. It is been a dream for us to get this vacuum packing machine, this will increase shelf life of the indigenous products and this will help us to solve the out of stock problem.
