This is an organic nutritional mixture made out of sprouted Methi (Fenugreek) , women’s Rice, Wheat, sprouted Green gram and Whole Urad dal.

Women’s Rice – A traditional variety of rice which is helpful in curing most of the women’s hormonal issues. This Rice is good for pregnant women and lacting mothers. It gives strength to the body. Wheat is rich in catalytic elements, mineral salts, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sulfur, chlorine, arsenic, silicon, manganese, zinc, iodide, copper, vitamin B, and vitamin E.
Urad dal dal is one of the richest sources of proteins and Vitamin B. Urad dal is also good for women as it has iron, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, potassium which makes it a healthy pulse.For those who do not eat meat or fish, have black gram as it is rich in protein which is much required by the body.
Sprouted Green gram- Also known as Pregnancy protein power house. The seeds have the highest nutritional value, it contain a greater concentration of nutrients like Vitamin E, potassium, iron, photo chemical, antioxidants and protein. They also contain other nutrients like folic acid, zinc which are very good for hair. Preparation of Methi Ball – 2 Serves ( Approx- 150 gms).
Ingredients : –
Methi Atta – 1 Cup
Jaggery – ¾ Cup.
Water – 3Cups
Cow Ghee – 4 Teaspoon.
1. Add jaggery to water & let it dissolve completely.
2. Strain the mixture to remove dust if any.
3. Keep the mixture to boil with slim flame. Slowly keep adding Methi atta with continuous stirring. Stir vigorously to ensure no lumps are formed.
4. Once the dough is formed, add 2 teaspoons of ghee & stir well under low flame. Let it rest for a minute.
5. To ensure dough cooked well, touch the dough with wet hand so that it doesn’t stick.
6. Take a part of the dough and make a ball out of it on a greased plate and serve hot with a spoon of ghee over it.
Atta Preparation Soaking Time – Methi & Green Gram – 12hrs. Sprouting Time – 48hrs. Drying Time – 3 days under normal sun. Flour: One day.
