  • Laddoo: Add 250 grm of WHD flour, add Jaggery juice (paagu), add few nuts. Make Laddoos.

    I must thank the mind behind this drink. I never was in favour of the commercial health drinks. After entering mid ages, I am prone to back aches and this came at the right time. Keeping my entire trust on this drink. I like it best in Porridge form I add it to the ragi and have it every day and it has a unique taste.
