1. Shipping Timelines
π¦ Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
π Shipping Duration:
Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on location).
Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available in select areas).
π Delivery Areas: We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Tracking
π Track Your Order: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Use this number to track your order on the courier partnerβs website.

3. Product Return Process
Physical Products (A2 Ghee & Other Goods):

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered. Products must be unopened, unused, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup or guide you on return shipping.
In case of technical issues or incorrect product access, please contact us for resolution.
4. Additional Information
Shipping Charges: Applicable as per product and delivery location.
Order Changes/Cancellations: Allowed only before the order is processed.
